REQUEST TRANSCRIPTS

Ordering Transcripts

Login to Services for Students and order your transcripts on-line. The first time you login, you'll need your Concordia email address, Network ID, and password. This information is printed on your Registration Schedule and Confirmation Schedule.

If you are unable to login, or you attended Concordia prior to 1999:

• Print a Transcript Request Form (PDF), complete it and submit it to the Registrar's Office by fax or email. Your signature is required.
• Come to the Registrar's Office and complete a Transcript Request Form (PDF)

Fee

There is no transcript fee. However, we do not process transcript requests for students who owe fees, fines or documents to Concordia.

Processing Time

It normally takes the Registrar's Office from three to five business days to process a transcript request. Add the time it takes to mail the transcript to its destination via Canada Post. Express post delivery is available upon request for a fee.

After final examinations in December and April, transcripts take somewhat longer to process.

Confirmation

After we've processed your transcript request, we confirm by email or by mailing a copy of the original request form to you.
